For my project this month I created a double page journal spread in my Dina Wakley mixed media journal...
I decided to use a double page where one page was kraft paper and the other white cotton watercolour. The background was created using a mixture of acrylic paints from Dina Wakley in both plain and metallic colours. Then I added some aged gold embossing powder and also crackle paste to create a range of textures...
A range of stamps and stencils from Bee Crafty were used to add extra details to the background...
Finally the focal points were made using heart and wing stamps also from Bee Crafty with some extra script stamping and embossing powder added...
Finally the sentiment was stamped separately and then added to the pages.
