Hello!
I am back today with another of the samples that I made for Leonie Pujol's stamp and mask set launch on HOCHANDA.
When I received the masks the first thing I thought of when I saw the 'art' mask was that it would be great for the cover of a journal!
I started with some black 6" x 6" chipboard sheets onto which I placed a selection of sizes of the masks, making sure that the largest was in the middle.
Using both white and black dylusions ink sprays I spritzed the covers.
I chose stamps that I thought were quite geometric and stamped them onto the covers using black ink. Once it was dry I used a white posca pen to add dots around the main word to highlight it more than the others.
I finally used a cinch binding machine to put the pages and covers together.
I would also like to show one other quick project that my daughter made (she is 10 years old). She already loves her crafting and often makes cards and gifts for friends and family birthdays etc. She was going to a friends birthday party at the weekend and asked if she could use Leonie's masks and stamps to make the card, here is what she made...
There are more examples of different ways of using the sets on Leonie's blog and also the other design team members, so do please pop over for a look...
